This website is operated by Blubullfly. Throughout the site, the terms “we”, “us” and “our” refer to Blubullfly. We offer this website, including all information, tools, and services available from this site to you, the user, conditioned upon your acceptance of all terms, conditions, policies, and notices stated here.

SECTION 1 - ONLINE STORE TERMS

By agreeing to these Terms of Service, you represent that you are at least the age of majority in your state or province of residence. Our products are intended for a general audience. You may not use our products for any illegal or unauthorized purpose nor may you, in the use of the Service, violate any laws in your jurisdiction.

SECTION 2 - MADE-TO-ORDER & FULFILLMENT

Blubullfly operates on a print-on-demand model. This means that products are manufactured specifically for you after an order is placed.

Processing Time: Please allow 2–5 business days for fulfillment before shipping.
Product Variations: Due to the digital nature of mockups, final print colors and placement may vary slightly from what is seen on screen.

SECTION 3 - ACCURACY OF BILLING AND ACCOUNT INFORMATION

We reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us. We may, in our sole discretion, limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household, or per order. In the event that we make a change to or cancel an order, we may attempt to notify you by contacting the e-mail and/or billing address/phone number provided at the time the order was made.

SECTION 4 - ORDER CANCELLATIONS

Because our products are sent to production immediately to ensure fast delivery, cancellations are only accepted within 2 hours of order placement. Once an order has entered the printing process (Fulfillment), it cannot be canceled or modified.

SECTION 5 - THIRD-PARTY LINKS

Certain content, products, and services available via our Service may include materials from third parties. We are not liable for any harm or damages related to the purchase or use of goods, services, resources, content, or any other transactions made in connection with any third-party websites.

SECTION 6 - GOVERNING LAW

These Terms of Service and any separate agreements whereby we provide you Services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Manitoba, Canada.
