Shipping policy

At BlueBullFly, we create each product specifically for you once you place an order. This is why it takes us a bit longer to deliver it to you. Making products on demand instead of in bulk helps reduce overproduction, so thank you for making thoughtful purchasing decisions!

1. Fulfillment (Processing Time)

Because our products are made-to-order, please allow 2–5 business days for fulfillment. Once your order is printed and packed, it will be handed over to our shipping carriers.

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Estimated delivery times are as follows:

  • USA: 3–6 business days after fulfillment.

  • Canada: 4–12 business days after fulfillment.

  • International: 5–20 business days after fulfillment.

Total estimated time from order to doorstep is typically 3-20 business days for domestic orders.

3. Tracking Your Order

You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number as soon as your order leaves the Printful facility. You can track your package via the link provided in that email.

4. Shipping Origin

Our products are fulfilled at various locations worldwide (including the USA, Canada, and Europe) depending on your location and product availability. This ensures the fastest possible delivery.

5. Customs & Duties

For international orders, BlueBullFly is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer.
